THE PRECIOUS RESOURCE OF TIME

Time is a precious resource, and to truly live, we must navigate three essential aspects: work, personal growth, and family. It’s not about juggling these aspects, but about finding a harmonious balance that allows us to thrive in all areas of life. This balance is not just a necessity, but a gateway to a more fulfilling and rewarding life.

First, time to work is considered the most important thing nowadays.  This means that most productive adults always try to find more time to work.  For instance, people always extend their work schedules to pretend to be more productive.  Apart from destroying overall health, productivity is not increased, but two things could happen:  stress appears, or burnout appears.  The former will make every person less productive, and the latter will consume the being: ideas, creativity, strength, and will to work.  Could it be possible to understand time to work not only as work itself but also as those activities that allow entrepreneurs to grow?  Consider soft skills training or technical training as part of this time.  Thinking outside the box is part of that time dedicated to work.

Second, personal time means scheduling a time for oneself.  Moreover, this is the time needed to develop and grow as an individual.  It can be mentioned that activities such as exercise and meditation are a great aid in finding personal balance.  What would be your activity to choose, given the time?  More and more people choose yoga as a personal favourite for relaxation and internal growth.

Human beings and computers alike share the challenge of how to get as much done as possible in a limited time. Over the last fifty or so years, computer scientists have learned a lot of good strategies for managing time effectively — and they have a lot of experience with what can go wrong. Brian Christian shares how we can use some of these insights to help make the most of our own lives.

Third, families deserve the best of our times. Close ones need smiles, warm hugs, and tender kisses. Additionally, related ones require all the guidance and protection that can be provided. Moreover, the simple closeness of their presence can help heal the failures of the week, share the victories of the day, and provide a foundation for the vision of the future. The greatest gift that can be given to family and dear ones is time.

In brief, time is short and is organized into three main roads: work, oneself, and family.  Once the time has been found for each of them, a sense of joy is found; thus, a balance has been reached.  However, priorities must be permanently set.  What would you choose as your top priority against the rest?
